Admit it. You've thought about cryptographic hashes in emoji form as a Computer Scientist. Well today, I'm making that a reality by taking a SHA-256 Algorithm and converting it into emoji form.
Originally I wrote a fair bit about Bitshifts and Endian data structures, but, in reality we can simplify the process greatly by just mimicing existing cryptographic hashes with emojis.
The key here is to just index a list of emojis. Then take a cryptographic hash and loop through each character converting them into their numerical values in ASCII format. Then associating it with the index in the emoji array.
Here's the code we used to demonstrate an Emoji hash. Pretty neat huh? Much simpler then the original too.
